As of last week, Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards, two former Ring Of Honor World Champions, have not heard back from WWE regarding their recent tryout in August at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
As we noted shortly after their tryout, reports from those in attendance during those sessions claimed both Richards and Edwards were clearly the two standout performers among the group of nearly 30 wrestlers who were participating.
When it comes to WWE signing potential talent who are involved in these type of tryout sessions, various personnel observe, and then report to Triple H on who they feel are the best prospects. Triple H then uses their feedback, and then makes the final call on who gets offered a job.
